Didn't know that would be done as there is no indication of that when placing order, and they do not allow any special instructions. The soda was completely watered down by melted ice, because, again, cannot add instructions for no ice. Fries were soggy since container had no vents. But...delivery was right on time and order was accurate. "

I live only about 10 minutes away, so I was surprised that the food was already cold when I got home. I started eating the legume first, and it was completely cold while the rice was only mildly warm. I ended up having to reheat the entire meal.
To make matters worse, we specifically requested rice and beans but received black rice instead. I’m not sure what the point of offering different rice options is if the order isn’t prepared as requested.
We also ordered the stew turkey, but there wasn’t any stew sauce on the plate at all. The turkey ended up being dry because there was nothing to go with it.
Unfortunately, the food itself wasn’t much better. The rice was clumpy, and the legume lacked flavor.
What’s frustrating is that this wasn’t our first visit. The first time we ordered from Island Signature, the food was amazing, which is why we came back. I honestly didn’t expect the quality to drop this much on our second visit.
I really hope this was just an off day because I know they’re capable of much better."
