"If you like spicy chicken sandwiches then you have found the holy grail. Incredibly juicy chicken breast with the perfect amount of breading. Not over breaded like Popeyes and not under breaded like Chic-Fil-a.
The spice level is subjective, I usually opt for hot but if I want some heat I will go with extra hot. If you have a lower tolerance, go with medium and below.
French fries are solid too, shake shack style crinkle-cut but with better seasoning and a bit more crispy. Dip the fries or the sandwich in "Dave's Special Sauce" if you want to help cool things down and it tastes good too.
If it's your first time, I recommend going in person as the wait with DD will probably have the food soggy by the time it hits your doorstep and leave a bad first impression. The take-out containers are not vented so all the moisture given off from the hot food gets trapped. Don't be surprised if you get there and see a line out the door! That's normal and it moves fast. "

"Ordered a 16pc family bucket and a side if wings. It was AWFUL. The chicken from the "bucket" was dry and small pieces, the breadts were thigh size. The side of wings were even worse. They were all dried up and the small side of the wing pieces were about half inch wide and no meat on them. The broasted potatoes were in a soaked box of grease and nearly burnt with about 2 cups of potatoes, hardly "family bucket size". For the first time ever, I was throwing away uneaten chicken two days later. With delivery and tip it was almost $100! When I called the store they didn't care and just said "it happens sometimes". Never again. North Shack is much better, even KFC. So disappointing. They've really gone downhill."

The food came in aluminum trays with a layer of saran wrap so the food came piping hot when it arrived and I live pretty far. Bringing the food inside, I could barely carry it because that's how much food you get and even the packaging was hot to the touch. The portions are HUGE and for a great price. Shrimp & Sauce with the old bay and butter tasted like it was coated in salt and pepper and then burned in butter. The potatoes were the best but the lobster was slightly overcooked. It wasn't even that fresh, the biscuits were rock hard, the other food was cold before we even got it home. I would order again, but maybe from a different store. I've dined in at this location and it was spectacular, maybe door dash services just gets 0 effort from the staff."

The quality of the pastry itself is without parallel. The recipe reminds me of Pink Box donuts back in Vegas, which I think I still prefer - but damn this was good!
