I specifically requested my New York Strip Steak be well done! The outside definitely was, but when I cut into it, it was all bright pink raw meat! It was such a a disappointment because the steak itself had excellent garlic seasoning and was well done on the outside. The raw meat ruined the whole thing. The steak fries were crispy and the macaroni and cheese was cooked well. The two biscuits were a bit cold and not very fresh tasting. The restaurant did add condiments/ Extras and Silverware requested. This whole dinner would have been 5 stars had the New York Strip Steak been cooked properly to well done with NO PINK CENTER. I'm unable to eat raw or uncooked meat so it was no good."

"This is not healthy food, so if that's what you're looking for, skip it. The "crispy" Crispy Brussels Sprouts are deep fried. Oil was pooled at the bottom. I wish it would have mentioned that ANYWHERE on the description because I purposely avoid fried foods as I get sick after a couple bites. That was an entire waste of money. The Build Your Own Bowl also came with lettuce, which was stated nowhere in the description. The rice is warm, so the lettuce was wilted. When I removed the lettuce it was about half the geography of the bowl, so you're paying for a rice salad. They also took forever to make the food. My dasher was waiting about 20 minutes at the store, with no explanation from the staff why it was taking so long. The Edamame Falafel was the only good thing that I ordered. "This is supposed to have 1 lb of lechon Kawali. There was less than 1 lb. They have options to choose from: soft, crunchy, extra crunchy, and burnt. I requested crunchy, and they burned my food(see the picture). The food is too hard to eat. This is not the first time they burned my lechon. I even put in the comments to please don't burn my food. It also didn't come with the sauce. What a waste of money!!! Go to Mama's kitchen im Roy. Her Filipino food is always on point. The food here horrible!!"
