The rice overall was generic, not made fresh in a rice cooker and the rice in the sushi was not fresh sushi rice. It was hard and the sushi overall was not fresh including the fish. The tamago was poor quality- not light and fluffy- almost like it was purchased and had been sitting in the refrigerator for days. I would not eat here again if it was free. This is not a Japanese restaurant with Japanese standards. If you want good sushi there are others in the area."
