First order I placed was "stolen" by the Dasher, according to the DoorDash rep who, after I had received a text containing a picture of my order in the bag with receipt attached, called to tell me my order had been cancelled and they thought the first Dasher stole it. Panera was wonderful, though...someone there put a sweet note in my bag to explain that they were out of the pastry item I ordered and, since they couldn't communicate with the second Dasher due to a language barrier, had replaced it with two other choices. Very sweet and thoughtful. Panera has always been a favorite. Great, fresh salad, well made with quality ingredients, at a much more reasonable price than lots of other local choices.
