The Tiramisu was actually the tipping point that made me note to never order anything but the Marsala Di Casa from here again. Very disappointed with everything else."

"Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with our meal. The Jägerschnitzel was horrible. The pork was extremely thin, dry, and overcooked, giving it a very chewy texture. Because it was so thin, most of what we were left with was dry, overly salty breading rather than actual meat. The menu description also said it came with potatoes, but instead it was served with some kind of pasta that was very bland.
The cheese curds were also severely overcooked. There was barely any cheese left inside, so we were essentially just eating dry breading.
The only part of the meal we genuinely enjoyed was the pretzel, which was soft and delicious, along with the beer cheese dip, which had great flavor.
Overall, we were not impressed, especially considering the price. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not come close to matching what we paid for it."

I don't know if there was a mix up in my order, but I cannot imagine the small portion of lake Perch containing any less than four pieces of lake Perch fillet. At other local establishments, a small perch dinner can have up to six fillets, while the large dinner has 10. The three fillets that had a normal perch fillet had excellent flavor, but the 4th fillet tasted like eating overcooked breading. Really hope the quantity of fillets I received for ordering the large dinner had been an honest mistake, as paying close to $5 per lake Perch fillet is illogical. On a bright note, I was pleasantly surprised by the handwritten message on the take out container."
"Visiting from out of town. We were very delighted to see a cafe open late! Especially after a snowy long drive. The food was hot, well prepared, and well seasoned. They forgot utensils and ketchup, I suppose it was close to closing time so they may have missed it. Anyhow, we look forward to our future bi-annual visit!"
