"The Chile Verde was quite flavorful. I appreciate the mild spice of the green sauce, and I also like that I could taste lime in it. The negative was that it didn't seem like the pork was actually simmered in the sauce, so the meat could have been more tender. It was a tad dry in the middle of each piece and a little chewier than I've had at other places. It's 4 stars because I enjoyed the flavor so much. I am pretty picky about rice. This one was okay, and much better when I mixed it with the Verde sauce. The beans were tasty, and I really liked the cotija cheese sprinkled on top.
The Chips were adequate. I always need to add salt, which I did. They were warm, but felt maybe a bit stale. I think it's a tad ridiculous to not include salsa with a chip order. Im paying more than I should for Chips already, throw some salsa in the bag, too.
I would try something else on the menu here in the future, but I will not be ordering Chips to go again, unless they change it to include salsa."
