"Wonderful job on the boil it was spicy as I love and anticipated. But the Seafood Gumbo was produced mostly of bisque, can identify the chicken barely (which I didn't come for) I wanted to taste shrimp which appears missing/ lacking. I ordered two. The first I deemed a fluke, but back to back is certainly intentional. I would not recommend the gumbo if they remain stingy with the seafood and flavor. I have video footage if requested."
