Ordered Large blended drink and it was small. 2 wks ago the drink was larger. The gelati was to have black raspberry custard. Called store and they didn't try and make it right.

The large was a little too much for me so I wish they had a medium option. There was also the packaging becase they did not include a straw and the tophey put on had a sticky resado. In otherwords not the best experience. I would only order again if it was my only choice.

okay so first i want to say- i wanted cotton candy but the didn't have it. ok the employees responded to me- super sweet super cool and listed the flavors they had. i was ok with regular vanilla and i told them LOAD IT UP and the said "i got you soldier " immediate green flag. they were just super cool all together and gave me extra goodies. i'm not sure if i should share that or not but obviously i know they're fun at parties. manager- please give them or him or her a RAISE. also i really hope my door dasher said i said i love you guys because i have him an extra tip so if he didn't just know i LOVE YALL. rita's for the WWW

As usual, the staff is great there. They got our order exactly right, packed it carefully for transport, and were very helpful when we called to verify availability!
