So helpful and lovely staff who really go beyond to make your experience efficient and friendly. Guy with brown hair and eyeglasses really helped me out when I was running late and had to do a group coffee run asap. Thank you Cafe Nero! Hopefully they will allow you to leave tips as you pay electronically bc i almost never have cash on me!

Its always 50/50 on if they'll actually have the Vegan Breakfast Roll so its exciting when I do actually get one though I wish it wasnt squished lol

I ordered cannolis but they gave me macarons instead. I ordered a toasted sandwich, it was not toasted. my coffee wasn't good either, too bland, not enough syrup.

Eggs were forgotten, fruit was rotten, given a spoon and no fork for a frittata. Have been a repeat customer but will not be ordering from here again.
