The gyros were made PERFECT and DELICIOUS. My favorite is the greek style that includes fries. My husband loves the Locali style which includes pickles and feta. Locali really pays special attention to creating the best gyros, which is important to me. The bread is nice, chicken is nicely marinated and spiced. The onions and tomatoes are nicely cut. They even labeled the gyros really nicely, which I appreciated!

The 9. Beef And Lamb Plate (specifically the meat) and 38. Pita were some of the best I've had in San Francisco.
Very generous portion of meat, pita was the perfect temp and texture (not mushy or dry) even after walking it back to the office.
I was not a fan of the hummus (I normally like hummus, there was a funky taste with this one though), but I used a little of the tzatziki instead and it worked out perfectly.
Would definitely order again!

Portions are average at best, but can get 2 orders for around $20 with pickup and usually they have some sort of discount to help knock down the price. I got the 4. Super Gyros and 9. Beef And Lamb Plate. I usually pair it with a snack or something in the office to hold me over with one meal.

I was so happy to find Locali on DD. I used to go here to pick up lunch when I was working nearby. Their shawarmas are just as delicious as I remember. I think it's the best shawarma in SF! Too bad they aren't open for dinner and on the weekends. I can't wait to order again!
