Marhaba! Welcome! The Fresh Mediterranean Co.(TFMC) started several years ago when our founder was on the hunt for great Middle Eastern food in KC. His desire for fast, fresh, and healthy food- that …
Food here is always fast, fresh, and delicious. The rice in the bowls, like the Ground Beef Kabob is so delicious; I'm not sure what it is but you have to try it. Everything is well seasoned to a T. My only complaint is that there don't really give you a lot of pita bread for the Hummus (8 Oz) (like one round sheet), but next to that it's great!

The French Fries are always cooked perfectly. The Gyro Rice Bowl is always very full of food and very filling! The zhoug sauce is also amazing. Highly reccommend this place. All of their food is delicious.

Beef And Lamb Pocket Pita Wrap was tasty. The French Fries were perfect and the 5 Piece Falafel was insanely delicious. They even packaged it correctly so none of the fried stuff was soggy. It stayed nice and crunchy. This is my new favorite jawn!

Ground Beef Kabob is so good! The cilantro and jalepeno sauce is incredible. Great portions. Consistently good quality food.

The kabobs are wonderful- I prefer the Ground Beef Kabob but the chicken is also really good. The sauces are spectacular- specifically the zhoug, tzatziki, and toum.
Had the salad for the first time today- after adding a good pinch of salt, it was really good. Tons of veggies and toppings.
If you haven't tried zhoug before..... I can't recommend it enough. Tbh same for the toum.
