I've been a loyal customer of Sarku Japan and had been ordering for them in a different location for 3 years. I ordered chicken teriyaki with extra shrimp but the 4 pice of shrimp in my container is what I got from this place.

No teriyaki flavor in the sauce. Tasted like it was just oil. Sad because I love Sarku.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Chicken was dry and not saucy, vegetables were extremely bland, and somehow the rice clumped into 1 giant piece. Could not eat any of it.
