• 28/3/26we ordered extra crispy chicken and we received chicken with a very thin layer of skin and it definitely was noteven close to extra crispy let a lone crispy.the chicken was Slimmy and did not look fully cooked .8 pc. Chicken Meal was supposed to have 4 legs and 4 thighs, we oonly received 3 legs. those 3 legs you literally picked them up and the chicken fell off the bone and not in a good way.

• 7/11/25Did not have the item I ordered. They called me and asked if I was ok with the original chicken sandwich instead and I said that was fine. However they made me the spicy chicken sandwich which was way too hot for me to enjoy. Very bad experience.

• 4/9/23miss items, potato Famous Bowl barely 1/2 full and usually super salty with only 3 pieces chicken mostly breading very little meat
