Ive ate here at least 3 times when working at salesforce events my go to is the spicy shrimp Garlic Noodles & the Spicy beef ramen so amazing and packed w flavor they have great lunch happy hour aswell I only wish it was availible to go but 10/10 for me

This was my first visit to Gyu-Kaku, and I placed a to-go order. The restaurant appeared clean and well-maintained, and the associate at pickup was friendly and professional, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, several basics were missing from my order. I was told they were out of plastic utensils, and there were no napkins included, which made eating a takeout meal inconvenient.
As for the food, it was underwhelming. The miso soup was bland, lacking the expected depth of flavor. The salad arrived with no dressing at all, making it feel incomplete. The chicken and rice were also bland, with little seasoning overall.
While I appreciate the cleanliness of the location and the friendly service 🙂, the overall experience did not meet expectations—especially considering the brand and pricing.
With better attention to order accuracy and more consistent seasoning, this could be a much stronger takeout option. For now, it was just an okay experience.

Food was really delicious and high quality but serving sizes were so small compared to the price. And that $10 salad was so small! Way too expensive. Good restaurant though.

Everything is great from this store and the portions are great. They did mess up my order twice before and one of them was today. They have extremely delicious fried rice and i received garlic noodles instead. It's rare but could happen when they are busy.

I ordered two bowls, a 3 Gyu-Combo: 3 Choice of Protein and 2 Gyu-Combo: 2 Choice of Protein. When it arrived there was barely any meat in my 2 protein bowl. It looked like there was just one scoop and a whole plate of rice. Reported on DoorDash but they were not helpful, this was waste of money.
