• 3/1/24I got the FETTUCCINE ALLA BOLOGNESE and it is flavorful and so good. Honestly I have been craving CALAMARI for so long so that's why I ordered from here. Definitely worth it. So good! I will definitely order from here again.

• 18/11/25The OVEN BAKED BREAD is different now, it's just baked pizza dough whereas before it was an actual small bread loaf... the LASAGNE is excellent! The spinach salad was heavy on the spinach and very light on the pear and candied pecans, also heavy on the red onions.

• 7/11/23Had a craving for authentic pizza. I feel like Ugo would deliver had it not been delivery. The flavor on everything was good, it was just all cold. The cheese on the MARGHERITA had solidified. Same with the MOZZARELLA IN CARROZZA, which is a small serving, but it has potential with the yummy spicy sauce. The ARANCINI was a bit warmer, but there is definitely a timing/transport issue to work out. Would like to eat Ugo again, but there in person, or when I'm not starving so I have time to reheat it first.

• 24/8/25The lasagna I’ve had about 15 times before was different today. The taste was off, and it came with a lot of cheese on top (I don’t like cheese and I never ask for it on my food). Also, a delicious leaf that usually comes on top of the lasagna was missing. Instead, there was cilantro… 🫠🥲
