Our JiB location is pretty reliable - I feel like if you order before 8:30 pm or so at night, your fries will be hot, chicken sandwich will be crispy, etc. Any time after that, the food might not be as up to quality standards (warning if you hate cold burgers). This time my Jack's Spicy Chicken® was great and special instructions were followed perfectly - I have allergies so I appreciate it!

Tacos look horrific. They are very, very hard and are burnt. Burgers are thrown together without a care to the point the wrapper breaks off onto the burger and the grease bonds the two together that it is impossible to peel it off. The employees do not care at all.

I got the Classic Smashed Jack™ and even though it was fresh and tasted fine, it pretty much looked and tasted like a regular burger (no smash) with a brioche bun and special sauce minus the pickle bits in it. Not a bad tasting burger, but definitely not a smash burger. For the hype and price, I'll just get a regular jumbo jack next time. Mini Churros are always a tasty favorite and that would be the only item of the two I would order again.

I think I made them mad just simply ordering. I got onion rings instead of the middle fries. onion rings were cold and old and I god 4 small ones in the bag. my sandwhich was disassembled and put into Tupperware and my bread bagged which was weird. tacos tasted oily and old

the Berry Purple Daze Red Bull Infusion w/ Red Bull® Energy tastes like I took a drink of cleaner and tried to chase it with watered down red bull! do not order this!!Mini Churros (5) will arrive cold and almost rock hard making them impossible to actually eat.
