I'm only giving this two stars because the first time I ordered the pizza was correct and delicious. This time it was an extra thin crust, New York style thin, not a Chicago deep dish. I would have enjoyed a frozen pizza more. The crust was burnt but gummy, not the thick butter crust that I was craving. The top of the pizza wasn't even fully covered in sauce. Super disappointed!

I have previously ordered from various suburban locations, where the deep dish pizza consistently meets high standards. However, my recent experience at this Chicago location was disappointing. The deep dish pizza was overly runny and lacked flavor, failing to qualify as an authentic deep dish presentation.

I ordered a triple pepperoni pesto pizza with extra sauce extra cheese thin crust cooked extra 5 minutes uncut and it was delicious
