When I am sick, my favorite dish to get is their White Meat Chicken Pho (Pho Ga). Everytime I order it, I feel 10x better after having it. Super falvorful as well and love that they leave veggies and other things on the side so you can still customize it to your liking.

This far exceeded my expectations! It was delicious. I loved the Dumpling Soup I ordered and will be getting it again especially when the weather cools off. My boyfriend said his White Meat Chicken Pho (Pho Ga) was also delicious. Both of the broths were distinct and super developed. Love!

Dumpling Soups very good the pork dumpling are alittle on the sweet side for me but still has a great taste filled with fresh broccoliand carrots. White Meat Chicken Pho (Pho Ga)very flavorful. Small size was still a very generous size. Iwould definitelyorder both items again.

Literally the best Grilled meat (Pho Thit Nuong)) I've ever had in the states. So good. I wish I had ordered a large. So good. And the Hot & Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (Bun bo Hue) was phenomenal. Great flavors. I ate both myself.

I ordered the Special BBQ Pork Pho (Pho Xa Xiu). I'm always skeptical when ordering from new Pho spots, but I was more than pleasantly surprised with Boulder Pho! Broth was rich and flavorful, and I can't say enough about how delicious the BBQ Pork was. Order was packaged nicely and the ingredients were fresh, although you will need to request utensils as they did not include them.
