Changed my order and increased my charge without contacting me or getting my authorization. I don't eat meat and would have rather we discussed this before a substitution was made that didn't consider many people don't eat certain things for cultural or health reasons. Also, I value honest businesses and this wasn't it.

Our Frappes did not come as their picture advertised. They are missing the whip cream and toppings for both. The Andes Mint Frappe should have had green whip cream, as you can see in my picture, its not there. None of the drinks were labeled, and they all looked the same. On a positive note - they all taste good.

I ordered an iced decaf vanilla latte with caramel syrup or sauce and almond milk. Usually with decaf coffee there's still a taste of coffee but all I tasted with watered down almond milk. I also ordered a strawberry Smoothies which was ok.
