• 31/8/26Does Jimmy John's not like DoorDash customers? Every time I order through DD my sandwich has very little tuna on it and an entire salad, you don't cut my pickle you give me a warm pop and it's consistent. If I order on your website and go to pick it up, everything is as it should be, but never when I order on DoorDash.

• 13/4/26I used to crave Jimmy John's. Whatever you asked for it was made exactly how you requested it. Today I requested additional things on my sandwich that weren't added such as onions and additional mayo. The sandwich is about 2/3 of the size it used to be. There was no cucumbers on it

• 18/5/26The Thai chicken wrap was amazing! I'm so glad it's back.
The cucumber salad though...i had high hopes but the cucumbers were bitter. It was disappointing cuz i was so stoked to try it!
