This is the worst I have ever had from jimmy John's. the bread was burnt and super hard very disappointed

I really like the beach club and the blt! The staff should know my name by heart, thats how much I order here. This is my favorite location to pick up from

My sandwich was mostly all lettuce, pickles practically off the bread, hardly any chicken. The sandwich was sloppily made.
Normally I would recommend, but today!!!! No way....
