I got a Margherita, the sauce was a delight and the dough was cooked until a bit charred in spots but with a great chew inside.
I got a Vodka it was tasty and rich but not heavy, a fine line that was walked perfectly.
I got a Jimmy Forager to test out a multi topping pie, executed perfectly, just the right balance of toppings that diddnt make the dough soggy, or pool grease on the surface.
Overall, this place went above my expectations. Flavor, check, texture, check, fragrance, check, happiness, check.

The Louie pizza is below average. The crust was stiff, and it's the only pizza crust I've ever had turn stiffer after heating it on the stove. The portion is small, comes in a 12" box, personal pie for $18. The pizza box is also not taped shut or anything. I'm not sure what's up with the Mozzarella Sticks but these are the palest ones I've ever seen. The only thing I got that was good, was the sauce for the Mozzarella Sticks, that's it. Would not order again, do not recommend.

I love this flatbread with homemade ricotta and have ordered it several times. Usually, I got a box of flatbread like pizza, but I got a few flatbreads with ricotta in a bowl this time. Same price but less bread!

Whoever came up with this menu genuinely loves food. I took a chance on Hot Italian pizza. I imagined it would be too hot or too sweet or too something. It was perfect. Absolutely a new favorite. Great balance of flavors and allowed me to try something new without regretting. Wonderful crispy, flavorful pizza.
The Wings were also so good. Very juicy and a perfect amount of hot sauce (not drenched, not dry). And thank you for introducing me to radishes in a new way. I love celery and carrots as a side to wings, but now radishes are also a great treat to pair with it. You are using/making amazing blue cheese too.
Also to the backstage talent: You are excellent at naming things and your graphic design rocks. I love that you decided to put effort into your art.

$30+ for a pizza the size of my small dinner plate. not worth the price when i've gotten slices larger than half their entire pie.
