I received a personal note from an employee, I door dash a LOT an this has never happened before, I wish I could give that employee 10 stars!! And the food was definitely 5 star quality!!

I've been eating the slice chicken sandwich for over 20 years. This new sandwich is not the same. The bun is not good and the shredded lettuce is a horrible choice. I think I ate my last one today I only took two bites

the food was very dry. the bread was hard. it taste as if we received old food that had been out for a while. We could not eat our entire meal. Yhe lettuce was mostly the stem of the iceberg lettuce. Other Wendy's, I got very fresh lettuce. This salad was so bad that I could only eat the fixings and not the lettuce.

charged me $11 for a bowl of chili, kid's sized bag of tortilla chips and a weak salad. I have to put the salad together with these kids meal servings...never again. Fries tastes like they sat under the lamp all day. presentation sucked for what I paid.

drinks were mixed up and iced drink was filled halfway with ice order seem like it was packed in a hurry and ranch was missing
