I've been wanting to try this place for awhile. Unfortunately, there were some shortcomings. While the Black Garlic Ramen was pretty good (the pork was rather dry, but I soaked it in the broth), the Ichiban Roll was highly disappointing. The fish tasted...off, like it was not fresh. AND I found a rather long piece of saran wrap within the roll (please see photo); that is unacceptable, sorry. Other than that, the tempura was fine (I've actually never had a bell pepper in tempura-form, so that was interesting) and I have no complaints about the Thai Iced Tea!

Ordered 2 Miso Soups, Mixed Tempura, and Shoyu Ramen. Overall it was really good. The chicken they used did look kind of fake/weird. They definitely need bigger bowls for the take out ramen. The broth doesn't fit in with the noodles, it overflows and spills out. When people are ordering food to go, they usually don't have bigger bowls to put it in, so it would be nice to have bigger bowls to eat your soup out of.

Chicken cutlet was good but the sushi was not. The sushi tasted like the one you buy at a supermarket, not fresh. I recommend going to another place for sushi.
