Ordered the Chorizo & Egg Dunkin' Wrap, got the pepper one instead. Still good just not what I ordered:(

The bread was hard and cold. Only one piece of bacon. I've had this sandwich on many occasions and it's never been like this

Drinks and donuts were good. Hashbrowns are always burnt and undercooked at the same time, it's disappointing, tastes like they don't clean their fryers. And this time it looked like they literally smashed them in their hand before putting them in the bag.

I ordered the large matcha with no sugar and 2 pumps of vanilla. It smells and tastes like they pumped the whole bottle of vanilla. I added a full, large dunkin cup worth cup of milk to it, and it's still so sweet it's nauseating.
Also, it's a dull green going ochre. Your matcha is over 6 months old or seriously low quality. Mind you,  I don't expect high quality, but it should at least be fresh. For 2 large dunkin matcha lattes, I can buy ceremonial grade tea. So, there's no excuse.
