Born and raised in Kansas and I've got to say the KC plate was on point. The brisket was seasoned well, the fat had a beautiful char and just melted in your mouth. This brisket was so juicy and tender I could eat it with a plastic fork with zero effort. The cream corn was thick and creamy and the Mac and cheese had that old school home made taste just like grandma used to make. Absolutely the culinary highlight of my visit to Fairbanks, I will definitely be ordering again before I leave.

The food was delicious!!! The brisket was tender and the mac in cheese was to die for! Not to mention everything was very nicely packaged! Will definitely be ordering again!

My friend and his colleague are temporarily stuck at the Fairbanks Airport in Alaska. Big Daddy's prepared the food quickly and the Dasher delivered quickly. My friend and his colleague can't say enough good things about the meats, preparation, the sauces, everything. Delicious.

The Chicken Whole Bird was actually ahr fed for a big feast at the Mecca bar. The Pull Pork 1 lb was perfect in taste and portion. Everything was hot and fresh, I would order again. Whether it be for catering or just personally

flavor wise it was alright, but for $15 I expected more than just the Pulled Pork Sandwich, especially when I can get a full meal from another restaurant for that price.
