The food was amazing best burger I've had in a long time. My only few little complaints would be no napkins no salt or pepper, but the quality of food makes up for the few short comings. I had the all American burger and fried pickles I wish the pickles were sliced a litter thinner so they would of been crunchy. Also the bottom burger bun sat in the grease and made it soggy so it kind of fell apart on me. But the taste and quality of the food I can't subtract anything because it was fantastic

The fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease and the burger was dry, and one tiny piece of tomato.  no condiments or napkins either. Didn't begin to be worth the money paid for it. Very disappointing. Not the twisted root I remember.

I'm a hamburger guy (in every sense of the word). I can literally eat a hamburger every day if I tried. This place was delicious! If you appreciate that old-fashioned hamburger taste (almost fair-like), this place is for you. 9/10. Wasn't a fan of the onion strings (probably better fresh, in-person), but I will definitely order again 👏

The burger was a pretty good size, but it was put into a plastic container which, at first, I thought was cool because it kept it semi warm, but after opening it, I realized it has also kept in all the condensation and the buns were a soggy mess so the whole thing, as a burger concept, was just gone. The cheese fries, however, those came out ok. I think the restaurant needs to rethink putting some kind of absorbant wrap around the bun and put it separately for transport. Just saying. Plus, the burgers are really greasy. Now there's nothing like a good greasy burger, but when the grease is also all over the containers, the bag, the drinks, and then you, that's a lot of grease. No thanks. I won't be ordering from here again. Maybe next time, I'll just go to the restaurant. The food was good, but just not "bring home" good. It's the "eat it while it's hot or it gets gross" good.

The fried pickles and fries were definitely the highlight — I’d order them again without hesitation. Unfortunately, the burger fell short of expectations. It lacked flavor, and it wasn’t cooked the way I requested, which was a bit disappointing.
