This Cabo Chop Salad is a BIG salad. But it's good. I got tri tip for the protein: a generous portion of very thin-sliced, medium rare as standard, as it should be IMO. Very fresh ingredients, nice dressing. Solid.

Will definitely be ordering again! Portion size was great. Tritip was juicy and flavorful, the roll fresh, and the mashed potatoes were so good that they didn't even need the gravy.

The Buckhorn Bowl was yummy with lots of mash potatoes, veggies & trice tip :). Sooooo good !! Super Bowl special !!

It hit the spot. Nice and tender adding the blue cheese and the fried onions made it even better. I would have liked a toasted bun. Red Mashers & Gravy were okay, I'm glad I had the gravy on the side? The aus jus had better flavor.

Very tasty & wonderful deal for the Roadhouse Buck Tri Tip Sandwich combo, it came with 1 side & a drink :)! The Tri Tip was tender & sliced thin for the sandwich, had yummy roadhouse fried onions with bleu cheese inside.
Need to try the other tri Tip meals.
