It keeps well. The cherry ice, cotton candy ice and Frozen Custard all arrived still frozen. Not melted at all. The ice kept well over night in the freezer. The custard not as much. But was horrible. All in all if you plan to have once it arrives you'll be pleasantly surprised how it's just like in the store.
