While every dish was delicious, with the noodles just the right texture, and the broth spot on, they weren't even close on being done with the order within the time frame. I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes. They said it was because it was a big order , but 4 ramen and one katsu should not have overwhelmed them. Even though there was only 1 chef, there was no one eating in the restaurant., and a couple of other to go orders were already done ahead of me

Chicken Karrage Shio Ramen was very good.Very crispy consistency on the chicken.The noodles were perfectly cooked. The broth was delicious as well. Would definitely order again.Food tasted fresh and was the perfect portion.

This was not very good, and there are a lot of excellent options for ramen in Chicago. There was not much meat and it was not very flavorful. The ramen also did not have enough vegetables. It was almost entirely noodles.
Dumplings were ok.

Tonkatsu wasn't spicy (as requested) or very flavorful. Chicken was rubbery and borderline undercooked. Dumplings were cold.
