Great Quality Lox. Love that I could build my bagel and remove items as well. The bagels themselves were quite tough for being untoasted, but still chewable. My only gripe is that you guys don't regularly offer a plain, salted, or onion. I am on a restrictive diet and so I had to take a knife and shave off all the delicious seeds and toppings on the bagel. Because of this, I won't be ordering from here often.
The Hash Brown was good, but it tasted exactly like the kind sold at Trader Joe's. It tasted store bought--which doesn't make me want to spend the money on it in the future, even if they were handmade.

Truly the the best bagels in Philly.. and perhaps the world! Always fresh, great flavor and perfect chewy (just right) texture. Excellent customer service.

The bagel was smaller than my fist, I am not a chef or a cook by any means, but I could literally make these better myself, which is very telling. The plain bagels were misshapen and undercooked. I was bringing these as a housewarming and I'm literally embarrassed to bring them.

Delicious. I previously took off a star in a past review because they didn't offer plain bagels or a bagel option that works with my restrictive diet. Today I ordered earlier and was able to see they do in fact offer them, they just sell out. I ordered a salt bagel due to availability, and while it was good, I wish they had more plain available because a salted bagel with nova is a lot of salt in general. That being said, super delicious. Would recommend.
