did not put condiments for Chili hot sauce or sour cream. I ordered the Bacon Double Stack and it literally only has 1 hamburger Pattie on the hamburger. and 1 piece of bacon. not impressed. disappointing.

the food is okay, always tastes like it has been sitting in a warmer for a bit, but they also don't like to read the requests. we ordered 2 baconators with no american cheese but there was cheese on both and not for the 1st time.

All our nuggets were over cooked. We were missing an order of 4 piece nuggets. All the bacon was over cooked and almost black. The fries look like they are from lunch. We usually love eating there but was not impressed with this order.

I was very disappointed with this order. I ordered a baked potato and paid extra for buttery spread, chili, and salt/pepper packets. I was given a plain baked potato with nothing else and no utensils to eat it with.
