No knife needed! The smoke ring was beautiful on the Pork Steak. I had Baked Beans as a side and they were excellent! Even the potato Potato Salad was perfect! (I am picky about my Potato Salad.) Best money I've spent in a long time! Side portions could have been a bit larger but that would be my only complaint.

This place lives up to its name, True Que.
The smoke flavor along with the tenderness of the meat is fantastic.
The Pork Steaks and the Bratwurst (2 Sandwiches) were delicious. The Baked Beans, Potato Salad and Macaroni & Cheese tasted like homemade.

I ordered the catfish pate with Mac and cheese and baked beans. They did NOT disappoint! The catfish has such a wonderful flavor! Piping hot and delicious! Mac and cheese is creamy and yummy. And the baked beans are on point! 10/10!!!
