They were not freshly packed, the center was frozen solid. Ill give it 4 bc I dont know if that how I should expect it when it says fresh. Perhaps this morning. Either way, not scoop-able.

The Custom Brownie Sundae (2 scoops) is extremely small. Not worth $13.
The Custom Milkshake (20oz) was extremely watery.
