The quality and portions size of toppings on sandwich are not comparable to other potbelly locations. Nothing like what is shown in photos. Almost no toppings on sandwich and very small amount of meat

It's good, it's Potbelly, sandwiches are portioned well and ingredients taste fresh. I like the chip selection and the shakes aren't bad. Pickles have a good crunch if you're into that. Mac & cheese needs some work a little bland. Overall would choose it over most (fast food) sandwich shops but not all.

I will have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had. They were out of the soup I wanted and I chose another. Chicken Pot Pie. Which I'm glad I did because it was awesome. I ordered through DoorDash and to my surprise when I opened my bag they sent a little extra. It was a nice gesture and I thank you.

there was lots of discolored lettuce which I had to pick out.Powerhouse Salad
the meatballs in the sandwich where butterfly style which was way easier to ear Mama's Meatball

Extremely misleading experience. We ordered two Italian sandwiches for dinner, and they arrived as nothing more than meat and bread. There were no condiments, no vegetables, and no sauce—nothing like what the menu description suggested. The listing was very misleading and didn’t accurately represent what we received.
Unless this is addressed or corrected, I wouldn’t order from here again. It simply wasn’t what was advertised from the start.
