I’ve ordered from here before and generally had good experiences, but this pickup order was a little disappointing. One of the items I ordered was substituted with a completely different flavor without checking with me first. I understand that items can run out, but I would have appreciated a quick message before making the substitution.
The roasted sweet plantains were also prepared differently this time. They were cut into a lot of very small, uneven pieces and didn’t seem as nicely roasted as what I’ve had here before.
Hopefully this was just an off day, since my previous experiences have been better. A little more consistency and communication around substitutions would make a big difference.

Enchiladas were doused in sauce to the point ofnot being edible. first meal i have had from here that was bad. Stinks because it was dinner but the empanadas are always spectacular
