I've been seeing the new management posts about this store. I ordered the frisco breakfast meal and Star spangled biscuits. It arrived hot and perfectly packaged. The meal was excellent! You've changed my mind about this location and I'll definitely order again! Way to go!!!

kids meal was fresh. Monster Burger® was cold and charred, definitely old. Crispy Curls® were mostly regular fries and stale. forgotten Sauces, not the biggest issue. fry portions were not full.

Food was cold. after I removed the extra bread from my ham sandwich,it was about the size of a half dollar. when I ate the fries, it was like I was eating a box of salt. the burger was disgusting. 90% of it was wasted. the only good thing about that order was the soda. prices go up but quantity and quality take a nose dive.

Yesterday 8:30 am, I ordered 4 Cinnamon 'N' Raisin Biscuits & a Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit a large Hash Rounds® & had it delivered by door dash. The biscuits, all of them were over cooked, brown, hard, & actually crunchy. The egg & bacon were also hard, dry, appeared old & were not edible. The only edible part of my order was the hash rounds. I will never order from this Hardee's again. Ever. I would also advise against it. They boxed up trash & thought someone was going to eat it. $30 later...

Gross. Overcooked stips, ordered three cruly fries, got one regular and two curly that looked like they sat in the old after it cooled. Only sent the dasher with one drink instead of three
