I've tried Thai food all over the greater Dallas area. This is by far the best. I don't live here but when I fly in I go straight to Bambu. They have the best Moo Yang, Pad See Ewe, Thai Fried Rice, Summer Rolls, Mieng Kham and Homemade Steamed Dumplings. They also make great cocktails! Shelly Nan, the owner, is a delight and is always warm and welcoming.

I have ordered 3 times in a row and each time was delicious. Juicy, crispy wings. The spring rolls are still crispy even w delivery. Pad woon sen is so fresh and light. Curry fried rice is a little spicy and so warming. Highly highly recommend.

I love this place. I find myself order the same thing, Peanut Chicken. So good, amazing to be exact. The only problem is me wanting larger potion...its that good. So usually just order two. Can be expensive but its my treat. You can get the heat mild to hot. The service is absolutely amazing.

The crying tiger beef with sticky rice is AMAZING. The sauce is so light and tasty and savory. So so good. Everything here is always delicious, even when it's not a flavor I would usually enjoy. And it is so fresh.

Jungle Curry pathetic. supposed to be spicy. What a joke it was salty more than anything. Was at best 2/5 spicy being generous, didn't end up finishing that bc no point. Grilled Calamari actually solid for freshness and good sauces would give 8/10.
