The 180 G Boneless Chicken was beautifully poached, and the rice was tasty and cooked well. The Soy Braised Eggs (3 Pieces) are a bit too sweet, but otherwise super good value. I recommend ordering all the components ala carte.

Single Set - Hainanese Chicken Rice Portion was a bit small, but the chicken had nice texture. Lack of chicken rice soy sauce, and only 1 coriander leaf which is not enough.
180 G Boneless Chicken had the chicken soy sauce and same good texture. Also only 1 coriander leaf.

One of the best chicken Single Set - Hainanese Chicken Rice outside of Malacca, Malaysia. The chicken is silky smooth, soft and boneless. Good sized serving. The Spring Onion & Ginger Sauce and chili that comes with it is exactly right. The small serving of soup that came with the set was real soup and tasty. I also loved the Chai Boey , which is a traditional preserved mustard with pork dish my mother used to make. I didn't really like the Uncle Lip's Fried Chicken Wings (6 Pieces) as I found them a bit dry and overcooked, and small sized wing niblets. Will definitely be back many, many times.

Wow. The Hainanese chicken is excellent. Very tender and moist. Great flavour. Probably one of the best I've had in Melbourne.
The crispy roast pork is also perfect. Crispy, puffy and light pork crackling.
