They make the order wayyyy in advance then the dasher arriving. My order was placed at 5:13 pm and my dasher arrived at 7 pm. Charleys refused to remake it. On top of receiving extremely cold food, they did not include toppings and did not include the ranch, which you have to pay for. Also, I ordered a large fries and they gave me a small.

The philly was good, but the cheese fries were 75% cheeseless, and the drink was 90% ice. I paid extra for the fries, and paid for Dr. Pepper, not water.

The food is always fresh, delicious, and its the only place, that I know of in the area, that has the "good ice"(chewable). The only thing I wish, is that they had an option to put malt vinegar in little containers, or offer it in little packets like ketchup, for the fries.

Ordered three sandwiches, all were half empty. I've had Charley's at various locations across the country and this was the absolute worst. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Fries had a great taste. Could be a little crispier in my opinion. Bread a little soggy but all in all good flavor.
