I was disappointed that this location doesnt get the order correct and that the actual size of the Original Shipley donut is sooo small. That a dozen glazed in the box is really sad when theres so much room in the box. I should of took a picture. So we will drive to broadway on the East end where everything is original and correct everytime

The kolaches were burnt (dough part). They are usually extremely soft and golden in color. The dozen that were delivered were dark brown all the way around and hard (crunchy). One of the kolaches was black on the bottom. For the price (almost $40) it's disappointing those were actually sold to costumers. Glazed Donuts were slimy and looked as if they were days old.
We've been going to Shipleys all our lives and NEVER had such a bad experience with the kolaches or glazed donuts. Maybe the location is the problem... either way super we're disappointed.

Kolaches were great but they didn't give me the donuts I selected for the mixed half dozen.
