I don't understand the concept of "ghost kitchens". This is Buffalo Wild Wings. That aside, the food was fast and great! The double burger and crispy chicken sandwich was one of the best I've had in quite a while.

My burger was so over cooked / burnt . Seems as if someone forgot it in the microwave. The burger was brick hard. Fries were extremely hard and cold. Waste of money seriously. I don't think the employees put a lick of care in this order. Drink was also missing from order.

I would've given them 5 stars if my food was hot and the chili fries tasted better. I specifically ordered a 20 oz 'Diet Pepsi' I received a 20 oz regular Pepsi. Basically, I wasted my money. There's nothing like microwaved chili fries and double burgers, yum yum.

Not what I was expecting not the best Crispy Chicken Sandwich I have had in my life it could have been better. The chicken breast could have been thicker and jucier.

Burger was amazing...exactly what I was wanting...greasy and cheesy. Only complaint is it needed a tad more salt. The chocolate cake is delicious.
