• 13/12/22The Bacon Cheeseburger it was really good but add a lil more Bacon and the for the Large Fries were to much soft and to burnt

• 19/1/26They put a shake on its side inside the bag and it spilled everywhere. I ordered a large fry and received a handful of fries and an empty brown bag the size of a McDonald's small fry. The burgers were flavorless and they forgot the bbq sauce on one.

• 31/5/23the last two times I have ordered from five guys my order wasn't very good. and I just realized my last two orders were not filled by the Braintree location. my orders are always great from Braintree. I am not going to continue to order from this other location.

• 16/12/23Everytime I come when it says my order is done, it's another 20-45 minute wait, specifically at this location. The food is excellent but the wait time is horrendous. Merchant please work this out, especially for Dashers and customers.
