I ordered a medium rare ribeye steak, cost me a bit over 60 dollars, and it was completely overcooked. It looks cooked to medium. Thin cheap looking steak too

I ordered the Cumberland Salad. This is not Dashlane's fault.
The lettuce is browned at the tips and there are a very large number of very small chopped up lettuce core pieces.
I've ordered it when I've dined in. This salad is awful. Mostly wilted, brown with few pieces of actual lettuce leaves.
I'd like my money back.

The difference between ordering online and dining in-person is wide. when I go there for steakes, it's like the best service i've had in ages. everything perfect.
ordering online they should allow customization( order notes!!).... Service, this good in person??....There's just no way they can't figure out sending extra sauce via billable order notes/ allowing eextra charges.

Steak (filet) very good. Fries and other sides way overpriced and disappointing, but not unusual for a chain restaurant. So use to locally owned restaurants with locally fresh farm to table food.
