Little on the pricey side at 27$ to add rice and beans but still really good birria. The consome is good. Could be a bit fattier. But still really good flavor. The salsa on the side is really flavorful. The rice is also better than a lot of local restaurants. Not the best I've had but probably the best on the west side.

It was alright. Not the most amazing portions but it was pretty good. Rice is plain but it does the job. I like the birria tacos. I've ordered it a couple times. 26$ tho and the rice and beans gets stuck to the cardboard and so it feels like just a little taste.

 Every time I order from Frida's Taqueria in Waipahu, I feel full of gratefulness to have such a great Mexican food place near me!!, the portion is pretty decent, especially that soap they include!!! that's the bomb!!!! I tell you everything tasted really, really, really good the sauces freshness was also on the positive side!!!  thank you so so much Frida's Taqueria in Waipahu,for such a great lunch of authentic Mexican food!! And let me tell you I have been around the whole USA and I can assure you many many times over that Frida's Taqueria in Waipahu, it's a great place to eat, authentic Mexican food, in my opinion, not Mexican American, but authentic Mexican food!!.

Birria Tacos with the consume could have had ALOT more salt and lime juice. not very flavorful at all. the food itself was clean, hot, and very what I was expecting. except of course the lime and salt. the Chips and Guacamole was good. the chips being my favorite. I hope they are made in house. however the guac was a bit weirdly watery ish. not sure what happened there. the Horchata 16oz was excellent. 10/10. I would however recommend putting a safety tape of sorts for the lid. doordash driver could have done anything to it.
