My favourite from AN CHAY time and time again is the Vermicelli Special / Bun 3 Mau. When I'm hungry, when I'm depressed, when I'm lonely... this dish is exactly what I need. Fresh, fulfilling, and downright fantastic.

The best tofu pho I've had. Wonderful balance of veggies, the tofu isn't heavy (not fried), and I'm ready to marry the broth.

Vermicelli Special / Bun 3 Mau was tasty, lots of savoury and crunchy food, but they messed up my order and forgot about my Vietnamese Iced Coffee.
