The sandwich taste very good and the bread is fresh and soft not hard and stale like I have received from Jersey Mikes!

I have loved the delicious and savory steak and cheese sandwich for many years. This new version is anything other than delicious. They have removed what made it good and thew so much on it now that it simply tastes bland. Please bring back the original steak and cheese sandwich! You might do well to keep in mind, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"!!

The two employees there were super friendly and fast, the order was spot on and the food was amazing. 10/10 all day.

I do like firehouse subs but the sandwiches that I ordered my sandwich must have had a whole bottle of mayonnaise on it my family did not complain but mine was so messy and all I could taste was all that mayonnaise so I was very disappointed

Asked for no mayo on both subs. Both subs came with tons of mayo. It was clearly on the receipt. This place is a constant disappointment. Which sucks because I really like firehouse. This location is just awful.
