• 6/2/23Ordered sam drinks multiple times before, but this time, our drinks had no sweetness at all (one drink 100% sweetness, second drink 75% sweetness). Unfortunately, both drinks taste watered down.

• 7/12/25They need to stick with the sugar and ice levels specified. Almost every drink was wrong with the sugar and ice. Quality of tea is always great though!
