El Pollo Loco is my go-to when I'm hungry and don't know what I want. I ordered via DoorDash and wasn't certain my order would be filled quickly - or it would still be warm when it arrived. My food was hot when it arrived and of course delicious! THANK you DoorDash and El Pollo Loco for the great service and tasty family meal. My 98 year old mom really enjoyed it, too! Muy Delicioso!

This meal was terrible. I ordered the 3 piece meal. Chicken was overcooked and hard. It tasted old. Only one piece was edible. I also odered the chips and quacamole for $7.99. Tiny side of guac with a small chips. Very small portions Barely edible. Expensive. I'll never order from here again.

Mac n Macaroni & Cheesewas terrible all mush and oil no whole noodles.
Shredded Chicken Crunchy Taco were also terrible falling apart and all oil 0 flavor

very good glad they opened up one close to the house real convenient when you need food on the go and the birria is amazing
